Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Campus Dean to lead our BSN Program at Unitek Learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, planning, coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of nursing program activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management: Plan, develop, manage, update, and evaluate all aspects of the program, including budget, faculty and staff, clinical site liaison, curriculum development, and program compliance.
  • Faculty and Student Support: Ensure that all student and faculty records are maintained, work with Human Resources to maintain required documentation, and provide advising support and degree planning assistance to potential students.
  • Clinical Site Management: Develop and implement program policies and procedures, oversee admission process and orientation, and ensure that evaluations by students, clinical sites representatives, and faculty are conducted and reported.
  • Community and Partnerships: Develop and maintain community relationships, advocate for and market the programs, and participate in Nursing faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation.
  • Quality and Compliance: Monitor quality of instruction, participate in faculty and program review, evaluation, and strategic planning, and ensure that all students have completed the necessary documentation and met the requirements for graduation and licensing exam.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education and leadership
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

$140k - $155k per year, plus benefits package
