We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Summit. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts and critical path method (CPM) schedules.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Project Planning
    • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope of work, timelines, and budgets.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
    • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute project reports, including progress reports and status updates.
    • Communicate project information to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Assist in the development of project presentations and proposals.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control and assurance processes.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and audits.
    • Identify and report quality control issues to project team members.
  • Risk Management
    • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management plans.
    • Monitor and report on project risks.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Strong project coordination and planning skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Asana.
