Job Overview

  • This is an independent contractor role, working as a 1099 basis, allowing professionals to manage their finances more freely.

Salary and Compensation

  • The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges between $42-$48 per hour for both direct and indirect services, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations remotely using online tools.
  • Provide virtual counseling sessions for students with diverse needs as required.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with community mental health providers and resources.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in School or Educational Psychology is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess valid Washington ESA certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Minimum one year of school setting experience, preferably including remote work.
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms like Zoom and Teams.
  • Possession of reliable internet and computer equipment for virtual work.
