Easter State Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the state of Washington, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as an LPN Lead. Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the standard compensation rate, employees working evening or night shifts will receive a shift differential.


Job Description

As an LPN Lead at Easter State Hospital, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will also participate in assigning daily tasks to nursing staff, providing guidance and direction, and reporting significant changes in patient conditions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Washington and have at least two years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for professionals who can provide accurate and clear communication, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, and show a desire to coach and mentor others.

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at least three days a week. Opportunities may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
