ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of contract services to schools. We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Psychologist Specialist to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students in a K-12 setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field and be licensed as a school psychologist in the state of Washington.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans to meet the diverse needs of students. They will also provide training and professional development opportunities to school staff on topics such as behavioral interventions, crisis prevention, and response.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the Educational Psychologist Specialist will also contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide programs and policies that promote a positive and supportive learning environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students in a K-12 setting
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to achieve student outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide programs and policies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Licensed as a school psychologist in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working as a school psychologist
