Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at St. Vincent Neonatology, part of Ascension.

About the Role

As a CNA on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our newborn patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting with basic patient care activities, procedures ordered by physicians, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
