Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships, including scheduling appointments, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, including identifying opportunities to create efficiency and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives, including participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficient in current and new office technology, including software applications and hardware systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong focus on time management and organization.
