Join Our Team as a Field Clinical Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Clinical Representative to join our RPM (External Physiological Monitoring) team at IronRod Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in collecting health data from patients and transmitting it securely to our providers for use in care and related support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment and inventory to ensure seamless patient care
  • Establish initial relationships and educate patients on using remote monitoring equipment
  • Enroll patients in our home monitoring program and set up equipment according to physician orders
  • Document patient education services and plans in our electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Follow up with patients as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Travel to multiple locations, including out-of-state travel, to provide patient care
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
  • Certificate from an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • Minimum 1 year of patient care experience
  • Experience in reading blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and pulse oximetry
  • Experience in Cardiology and reading EKG preferred
  • Experience reviewing and managing remote device transmissions preferred
  • Ability to multitask and provide high-quality patient care
  • Technical savvy regarding Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, and smartphones
