Internal Communication:

  • Design and disseminate internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates for staff.
  • Work alongside HR and leadership to ensure uniform messaging and information flow.
  • Oversee internal communication channels, such as intranet systems and email lists.

External Communication:

  • Compose and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other public-facing communications.
  • Address media inquiries and coordinate interviews, statements, and public relations efforts.
  • Foster relationships with external media and stakeholders.

Digital and Social Media Management:

  • Develop, curate, and oversee content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
