Job OverviewAs a valued member of the Jeremiah's Italian Ice team, the Opening Server is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from the moment our doors open. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to every guest, taking orders with a smile and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve Jeremiah's Italian Ice products with precision and attention to detail, meeting the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Manage cash and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a secure and transparent transaction process.
  • Stay up-to-date on Limited Time Offers, specials, and promotional items, providing guests with expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, maintaining open communication and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements
  • Ability to work mornings starting at 9:30am, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to lift 50lbs to shoulder height and perform manual labor as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
