We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Redpath and Company. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key role in providing proactive, innovative, and value-driven CPA and advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare complex tax returns and conduct initial reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with year-end and general tax planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform high-level tax research projects to stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations.
- Support all aspects of client services and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license.
- At least 5 years of public accounting experience in Tax with a focus on construction and/or real estate clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply them to various client situations.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the Firm's core values: Caring, Committed, Continuously Improving, Confident, and Connected.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
