The Customer Experience Specialist is a key member of the Hertz team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide solutions and resolve issues effectively.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles to join a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be able to analyze NPS results, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Provide first-class customer service at the counter and over the phone
* Analyze NPS results and develop plans to improve customer satisfaction
* Communicate regularly with employees to understand customer needs and preferences
* Ensure corporate policies and procedures are followed by all staff members

Qualifications

* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, operations, and sales
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Rental car experience a plus
