Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch personal care services to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
  • Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Genuine care for and interest in elderly and handicapped people.
