Key Responsibilities- Greet and Assist Passengers: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting them with navigating through the airport and directing them to the appropriate taxi or limousine service.
- Dispatch Taxicabs and Limousines: Ensure that a sufficient number of taxicabs and limousines are available to meet the needs of traveling passengers, and dispatch them to various loading points at the terminal.
- Communicate with Drivers and Colleagues: Effectively communicate with drivers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Report and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents, issues, and other relevant information, and provide factual reports to management as needed.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Ensure that the work area is clean and safe, and that all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a transportation or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of Metro Area: Familiarity with the local area and ability to provide directions and information to passengers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, drivers, and colleagues, and to provide clear and concise information.
- Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
This is a 100% outside work position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Employees will be exposed to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, and will be required to work in potentially hazardous traffic situations.
