Salary RangeThe estimated annual compensation for this position is between $155,000 - $170,000 USD, based on level, education, and experience.
Job OverviewThis Medical Science Liaison will represent the company in various capacities, including medical scientific congresses and conferences, and will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver presentations to Healthcare Professionals, Academic Institutions, payors, patient advocacy groups, and professional organizations.
- Represent the company at medical scientific congresses and conferences.
- Organize and carry out Advisory Boards, Round Tables, Regional Medical Meetings, Symposia, as needed.
- Educate investigators and site staff on trial protocols, eligibility criteria, and ensure a thorough understanding of the investigational product being used in the study.
- Identify new trial sites and collaborate with existing sites to accelerate enrollment of subjects.
- Stay up-to-date on therapeutic areas of interest for the company and competing development programs.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and Company Policies and Standard Operation procedures (SOPs).
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience supporting clinical development programs and/or commercialized products in Neurology, specifically Movement Disorders or Epilepsies.
- An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, M.D. or Ph.D.) in a scientific field and 3-5+ years of experience in an MSL role.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity, innovation, and creative problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing trusting relationships.
- High organization and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering quality results.
