In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of resident living spaces, corridors, and shared areas.

  • Operating various cleaning machinery
  • Removing blemishes, buffing, polishing, and waxing surfaces
  • Cleaning and disinfecting floors and carpets
  • Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Ensuring resident and guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
  • You may be called upon to assist during resident emergencies.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and communal areas.

Required Qualifications

  • No prior experience? No worries. We provide training.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Ability to solve practical issues and manage variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and co-workers.
