We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and changes affecting private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund, and institutional alternative managers;
- Conduct research on compliance issues and provide recommendations to clients;
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports;
- Client Support
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with clients to understand their compliance needs and develop tailored solutions;
- Compliance Program Development
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs for clients;
- Conduct compliance program testing and review;
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and distribute compliance-related reports and communications to clients;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law, finance);
- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software;
