Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and changes affecting private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund, and institutional alternative managers;
    • Conduct research on compliance issues and provide recommendations to clients;
    • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports;
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction;
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their compliance needs and develop tailored solutions;
  • Compliance Program Development
    • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs for clients;
    • Conduct compliance program testing and review;
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute compliance-related reports and communications to clients;
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law, finance);
  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software;
