The primary responsibility of our staff is to deliver personalized support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual, enabling them to live as independently as possible. Our team is trained to recognize crisis situations and respond with appropriate and professional procedures.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist, monitor, and educate individuals to help them achieve personal goals while promoting good hygiene and supporting daily activities.
- Engage in activities such as grocery shopping, meal planning, and encouraging participation in community events.
- Demonstrate professionalism and treat clients and colleagues with respect and dignity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
