Talent Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. This includes marketing our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments.

You will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and full-time opportunities. Additionally, you will manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.

This role requires strong communication and career guidance skills, as well as the ability to participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Half's presence in the local business community.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
  • Market our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Recruit, interview, and match administrative and customer support professionals with clients' needs
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
  • Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Contact Management Applications (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
