We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rental Equipment Inspector to join our team at H&E Equipment Services. As a Rental Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental equipment to ensure its safety and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of rental equipment, including construction machinery, aerial lifts, earthmoving equipment, and general tools, to assess their condition, functionality, and safety compliance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on aerial, earthmoving, and general equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts used and work performed.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge in the maintenance of general equipment or automotive is preferred.
  • Team Player: Willingness to help in other areas of the shop and yard where required.
  • Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 40 pounds.
