About BehaviorBee ABA Services:

- Our approach involves creating a detailed and personalized treatment strategy aimed at fostering your child's development and autonomy.
- We design programs that enhance your child's communication abilities, social interactions, and independence in daily activities.
- Simultaneously, our treatment plans are structured to mitigate maladaptive and disruptive behaviors.
- At BehaviorBee, we are committed to ensuring that all children can engage positively and independently with their surroundings. Our compassionate and evidence-based methods are geared towards nurturing these essential skills to their maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the treatment plan directly, which encompasses skill acquisition and behavior modification techniques.
- Documenting and analyzing data using the CR Essential platform.
- Educating family members and caregivers on the treatment protocols.
- Upholding client dignity and confidentiality at all times.
- Applying crisis management strategies as outlined.
- Coordinating session schedules with the BCBA.
- Participating in weekly indirect supervision with the BCBA, along with live session oversight.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate Degree or 60 college credit hours in a relevant social service field, such as education, social work, sociology, or healthcare.
- At least one year of experience working with children is required.
- Availability to work evening hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
