Unlock Your Potential as a Registered Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will provide 1:1 HOME-BASED ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client's caregivers through a variety of methods
  • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client's treatment plans
  • Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required

Requirements:

  • HS diploma required
  • Availability to work AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS (Weekdays)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
  • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment

Job Type: Part-time available

Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 /hour
