Key Responsibilities:- Prepare meat products by cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming, and packaging according to established standards.
- Maintain product quality standards by inspecting and rotating stock, managing inventory, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet business needs.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence by maintaining work areas according to company policies and procedures, securing fragile merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
- A minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in meat cutting and preparation preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour*, as well as additional compensation in the form of premiums. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
