Acute Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acute Care Manager to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our medical surgical unit to excellence.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the medical surgical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective nursing practices and policies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and support staff.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and unit efficiency.
- Current Montana State RN License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Med/Surg area.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
