Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and operations management to the medical/surgical and intensive care units
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and direct the activities of nurses, certified nurse assistants, and monitor/ward clerks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Minimum of three years experience in a medical/surgical area
- 1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
- Current Montana State RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications within 6 months of hire
