• Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and machinery.
• Respond to and correct equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing or replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, welding, electronics, and electrical repairs.
• Associate degree in electronics or electrical technology, or equivalent formal training and work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
