Maintenance Technician

Harbor Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our properties in Lewiston, ME.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist tenants with repairs needed in their apartments
- Perform repairs to vacant units to turn-over the unit to make it ready for occupancy
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours calls
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Availability to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal
- A valid Driver's License with a decent driving record
