The Arc Lexington is seeking a skilled Community Support Staff to provide guidance, direction, and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will assist individuals to develop essential life skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to providing individualized support and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NYS driver's license with 2 years of experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
