About the Role:

HCA Florida Putnam Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and develop personalized diet plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive optimal nutrition care.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy eating habits and nutrition.
  • Supervise and direct food service staff to ensure high-quality patient meals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient nutrition care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Current Commission on Dietetic Registration and State Certified Dietitian licensure.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
