Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos a través de equipos multifuncionales, construyendo procesos sostenibles y coordinando cronogramas de lanzamiento.
Experiencia definiendo KPI's/SLA's utilizados para impulsar negocios multimillonarios y reportando a la alta dirección.
