About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
