Job Responsibilities

- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.

- Conduct regular inspections of service locations to verify adherence to company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Document inspection results and address any identified issues within the stipulated SLA timeframe.

- Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies among employees.

- Facilitate walkthroughs and estimates for potential clients while identifying opportunities for additional services.

- Monitor and confirm that scheduled services are completed, promptly addressing any customer complaints.

- Manage overtime effectively within the designated region and communicate staffing changes to relevant departments.

- Be available for emergency situations and calls outside of regular business hours.

- Oversee the financial performance of all service locations within the assigned area.

Key Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams within the commercial cleaning sector.

- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
