We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Generac Power Systems. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our inside and outside sales teams by serving as a liaison between our dealers/installers and internal business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative activities not tied to revenue, including report generation and data manipulation.
- Coordinate sales activities, including creating PowerPoint presentations and processing manual orders.
- Partner with internal business partners to provide post-order support and maintain customer portals on Generac websites.
- Proactively monitor sales levels for accounts and communicate with the sales team to ensure accurate tiering.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams, internal business partners, and external customers to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of relevant sales, customer service, or internship experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree in business or marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce and data entry.
