  • Complete necessary documentation, calculate service charges, collect deposits, and manage account changes.
  • Handle payments, bank deposits, and general administrative tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Strong skills in 10-key, typing, and keyboarding are essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
