The Customer Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to manage inquiries from clients and address any issues related to service or billing. We are looking for candidates who possess a proactive mindset and are eager to advance within the organization.

Compensation: $18.00/hr with opportunities for overtime.
Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone or in person to process requests for service changes, installations, or cancellations.

- Complete necessary documentation, calculate service charges, collect deposits, and manage account changes.
- Handle payments, bank deposits, and general administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Strong skills in 10-key, typing, and keyboarding are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
