As a key member of our hospital leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the hospital, ensuring the highest quality of veterinary care, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care
  • Lead the veterinary medical team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Medical Director to achieve market objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Associate Veterinarians to ensure they realize their full professional potential
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hospital associates
  • Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
  • Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with the applicable state veterinary board
  • Two years clinical experience required
  • 1-3 years coaching and developing associate doctors required
  • Meets all required clinical competencies
