About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and record vital signs as needed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Monitor and report any unusual client behavior, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Document patient interactions and care provided, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Model healthy dietary habits by eating meals to completion during work hours, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Active license as a Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible).
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working with individuals overcoming eating disorders is a significant asset.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is required; we can provide training if needed.
