Job OverviewOur company, J&J Management Services LLC, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary based on experience, with an estimated range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will assist in the daily operations of the Property Management Department, focusing on supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and community residents.
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote community engagement and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure seamless execution of duties.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service-related industry and one year of property management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
