Care Management Support Assistant West Orange Orlando

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a highly skilled Care Management Support Assistant to join our team in Orlando, West Orange. As a Care Management Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of care management, providing non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements.
- Contribute to the administration of care management, including guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.
- Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
- Work under minimal direction, following standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
- Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Administration support experience in a healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Associate's Degree.
- Microsoft Access proficiency.
