Mercury Group Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Specialist to join our team in New York. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing catering programs, implementing policies to enhance guest satisfaction while reducing costs, and managing onsite Hospitality & Logistics (H&L) team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee catering programs to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and reduce costs
- Manage onsite Hospitality & Logistics (H&L) team operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of management experience with a proven track record in people management and process implementation
- Background in operations roles, preferably in the food service industry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear directives and cohesion among all F&B program stakeholders
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience, background/experience in catering, and familiarity with Excel
Salary: $2,798.00 per week
