Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acute Charge Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dialysis procedures and technologies to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
