Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to direct patient care staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective plans to promote positive public relations and improve patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Recruit, train, and develop direct patient care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Dialysis experience preferred.
