Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct patient care staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to promote positive public relations and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Recruit, train, and develop direct patient care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
