Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at MedSynergies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations
* Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels
* Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and arrange for transportation as needed
* Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications
* Strong multitasking and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service
