Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee engineering, planning, design development, contract negotiations, and related project activities.
  • Prepare and finalize engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance and control procedures to meet project standards.
  • Manage a team of engineers and drafters, supervising their daily operations and project performance.
  • Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, specifications, and other essential documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing and budget monitoring to ensure project completion within financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with clients to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as required to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, with 3 to 6 years in a Project Engineering role.
  • Experience in Project Engineering and Management.
  • Familiarity with design software and project management tools, including Civil 3D, HEC RAS, HEC HMS, SWMM, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with local entities.
  • Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
  • Commitment to delivering quality and timely project submissions.
