Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role is vital in managing guest interactions and supporting the overall operations of our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests, assigning them to their accommodations.
  • Coordinate with Lodge Staff, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Handle reservations, including modifications and cancellations, with precision.
  • Act as the primary telephone operator for the Lodge, addressing inquiries related to our services.
  • Process guest check-outs, including billing and payment collection.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant business office training.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly in various settings.
  • Ability to follow instructions and resolve issues effectively.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $21.00.
