Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations while managing profit and loss through adherence to cash control/security protocols, inventory management, labor oversight, financial report analysis, and implementing necessary actions. Planning and facilitating the professional growth and development of both management and crew members. Collaborating with the general manager to achieve and surpass store objectives. Upholding an outstanding level of customer service. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations while maintaining regular safety, cleaning, and operational checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and successful inspections.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in a salaried QSR or casual dining environment. Fryer operation experience is preferred. Proven success in increasing sales and profitability. Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to developing others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and labor cost management. Skills in strategic planning and sales enhancement. Commitment to high customer service standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrated reliability and strong personal integrity.
