Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently receive inbound material for production and development efforts.
  • Utilize proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually receive material.
  • Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, and communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
  • Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
  • Operate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
A Day in the Life

A day in the life of an Inbound Material Coordinator includes offloading materials from trucks, receiving material against purchase orders, moving material between sites and locations internally, and communicating with internal customers to deliver results.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience using MS Excel to navigate and interpret data.
  • Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay for this position ranges from $48,880/year in our lowest geographic market up to $72,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
