**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Champion the UNTUCKit CORE values and create a positive work environment that inspires engagement and motivates team members.
  • Develop and Coach: Confidently train, coach, and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resources.
  • Drive Sales: Effectively delegate tasks to team members, manage inventory levels, and provide feedback to corporate partners on trends.
  • Customer Service: Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Operations: Manage all aspects of operational compliance within the store, accurately track store budgets, and manage ordering procedures.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and expense reports, and network within your market to keep corporate partners informed of local trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a retail manager with knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Business Acumen: Have a growth and development mindset with strong business acumen, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems, proficient in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systems.
  • Education: BS/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field, preferred.
  • Availability: Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
