Job Requirements
We are seeking an exceptional Power System Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers, business development managers, and project developers to deliver customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality engineering work, meeting project specifications and timelines
- Provide technical consultation to customers, building trusted advisor relationships
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence for relevant offers
- Lead troubleshooting activities and contribute to training and mentoring junior engineers
- Collaborate with management to develop individual growth plans and achieve professional goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer, preferably in power systems or controls engineering
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI programs, and Automatic Throwover (ATO) Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with electrical maintenance and testing, and ability to read and interpret power system studies
Preferred Qualifications
- Switchgear power automation expertise for gear < 38kV
- Programming experience in PLCs, Protective Relays, or ATO applications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to obtain it
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams
