Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Maintenance Technician to join our team at Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on the physical structure, equipment, and grounds of the center.
- Investigate mechanical breakdowns and failures of machinery and equipment to determine cause and prevent recurrence.
- Comply with all Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Environmental Quality requirements and regulations.
- Diagnose and repair various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Work flexible hours to meet emergency requirements and report to the center within 20 minutes of being called.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in commercial maintenance or related trades.
- Ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.
- Computer literate with basic skills in email, electronic order entry, and Building Engines.
