Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the home building process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on the home building journey
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and generate sales
  • Participate in recurring sales training and collaborate with the local sales team
  • Manage model homes and sales offices, maintaining a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office Suite
  • A real estate license is not required, but it is preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required

  • Annual base salary $12,000-$42,000, plus commission
